Donna A. Bruno, CEO
Donna brings a passion for providing exemplary service to her clients. She takes pride in providing white-glove touches and developing long-term relationships.
Donna has worked with private clubs, major hotels, and travel companies for more than 25 years. Most recently, she was co-founder and president of a boutique travel consulting and concierge firm, where she discovered what brings her the most joy and satisfaction – helping to bring productivity and balance to busy people’s lives. Previously, Donna was self-employed as a sales & marketing consultant and helped companies in various service industries to expand their markets and enhance their client relationships.
Donna holds a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics. She completed the Sandler Training president’s club professional development program, Dale Carnegie sales training, and Professional Selling Skills training. Donna sat on the Board of the Bedford Chamber of Commerce from 2015-2017 and was a member of the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce from 2012-2017.
